Audi Mobile Technician - Andy Randall

The Audi brand has enjoyed fantastic success over the last decade; and as our product portfolio has increased, so has the demand on our Servicing department. At Ipswich Audi, we're consistently reviewing the service we offer to ensure it's every bit as impressive as the cars we produce, in May 2008 we appointed Andy Randall as our Mobile Technician.

Andy, who has 15 years' experience, travels to roadside jobs, customers'' homes or workplaces, carrying out minor repairs and pre-diagnosis work.

In many cases, this saves customers making an unnecessary trip to our Centre, and also means that if a vehicle does require further attention at the workshop, parts can be ordered and prepared in advance, keeping inconvenience to a bare minimum.

It's all part of our ongoing commitment to make our Centre run as smoothly as our cars.
